The Pregnancy Support Center of Caddo County offers free pregnancy tests to verify your pregnancy. If you suspect you are pregnant or need a high-quality pregnancy test, come to the Pregnancy Center. The results of your test are completely confidential and won’t be shared with anyone. This service is totally free of charge and is available to all women regardless of age, race, religion, or any other factor.

Our pregnancy tests detect pregnancy hormones in urine, and are sensitive enough to tell if you’re pregnant one day after a missed menses (period).

To make sure your pregnancy test is accurate, you should know the start date of your last period before you come in. If you aren’t sure of the start date of your last period you can still take the test, but knowing the date helps us be as accurate as possible with your results.

After your free pregnancy test, we offer a variety of other services to help you with your pregnancy. We can provide a free Pregnancy Verification for you to use with SoonerCare, Medicaid, or other programs that require pregnancy verification. We also can provide you with a referral and appointment for free ultrasounds.

We can get WIC approved often on the same day.
